Hunt Treadwell was born in Memphis, TN. In the late 1980’s his family purchased a farm in Fayette County, TN, where he grew up and developed a love for working with the land. Hunt graduated from Mississippi State University in 2003 with a degree in Communications. He then graduated from Christian Brothers University in 2005 with an MBA. During Hunt’s MBA studies, he also worked for G.A. Robinson Land Company as a farm manager and real estate salesperson. In late 2005, Hunt moved to Birmingham, AL where he worked in both real estate development and the coal business. In July of 2013, after 8 years in Birmingham, AL, he returned to Memphis and started Harvesters Land Company to service the growing land investment and recreational property markets in the Mid-South Region.
Hunt is licensed to practice real estate in TN, AR, MS, KY and AL and has developed key relationships with large-scale farmers, timber companies, and other land professionals in the Mid-South Region.
Hunt is married (Allison) and has three children, Amelia (14), Tillie (13), and Hunt Jr. (10) and resides in La Grange, TN.

AK Griffin was born in Corinth, MS. She grew up visiting her family’s recreational farm in Holly Springs, MS which developed her appreciation for the outdoors. In 2022, AK graduated from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS with a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and minors in Spanish and Servant Leadership. Later, in the fall of 2022, she moved to La Grange. Now, AK is studying to acquire a Masters in Healthcare Administration through the online program at Texas Tech University Health Science Center.
AK has a desire to work in administration and joined the team at Harvesters Land Company in 2022 as our Office Manager. She assists in the efficiency and effectiveness of short and long term goals within the business while coordinating communication with our clients and agents.
During her free time, AK likes to travel and spend time outdoors. She is a member of Piperton Baptist Church. AK is married (Forrest) and resides in La Grange, TN.

John R. Wilson was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He has a rich familiarity of West Tennessee, in particular, due to deep family roots in Fayette County, TN. John’s upbringing around Fayette County developed his love for the wildlife, farm habitat, and property investment. John attended the University of Alabama, graduating in 2012 (BA). After college, he went on to start an outdoor marketing company, Aerial Resolution. John brings farmland analysis and property marketing experience to Harvesters Land Company. In addition, he is an agricultural producer, giving him valuable insight to help assist clients. John joined with Harvesters Land Company in June 2015.
John is licensed in TN, AR and MS and has developed an expertise in the identification, analysis, acquisition and sale of solid performing investment properties. John is currently focused on a number of special projects.
John is married (Morgan) with two children, McCullough and Wallace, and resides in La Grange, TN. He and family are also members of Christ Presbyterian Church in Somerville, TN.
